Manufacturing windows requires rigorous, meticulous work to get the most out of every function. Truly multifunctional, windows protect us from the elements and the cold while bringing light into our living spaces.
Windows are built in several distinct steps. First, our craftspeople cut the components with great precision, then the frame and sash profiles are welded at all 4 corners. Next comes machining and drilling for the hardware, and the parts are fitted: hinges, locks and handles. We install the glazing in the window frame with great care to ensure a tight seal. Finally, we apply the insulation by hand and carry out a rigorous inspection and quality control.
